Consultations by phone are available to all patients at Watersprings Health Centre.

We are committed to providing exceptional health care to our clients and as such, Watersprings Health Centre is a mixed billing medical centre and payment is expected on the day.

Cancellation List

Although advanced booking is encouraged due to the high demand on our doctors’ service, we reserve several same-day appointments and offer a cancellation list to accommodate the urgent needs of our existing clients.

Bulk Billing

Children under the age of 16 years, aged pensioners over the age of 65 years, and Veteran Affairs patients (DVA) are bulk billed (excludes integrated consultations with Dr Broom).

All other consultations are privately billed. On Saturdays the standard practice fees apply – no discounts, no bulk billing.

Covid-19 Vaccination Update

You can now get your COVID-19 Vaccination for all eligible Phase 1b patients. These include:

– Those over 70

– Indigenous Australians over 55

– Other health care workers

– Younger adults with an underlying medical condition, including those with a disability

– Critical and high risk workers including defense, police, fire, emergency services and meat processing

We currently have a wait list for those wanting the vaccine with the government advising 2a eligible patients should be able to receive theirs after the 17th May.

Patients not eligible for phase 1b should be reassured that everyone will have their time to receive the vaccine. The government has announced they expect the next phase 2a should commence later in May. We will keep you updated on our website and facebook page.
